Rene and his crew do excellent work, use quality materials and keep to a schedule. The job proved more complicated than we had anticipated. Ours is a very old house (1842). The boards under the old shingles of the main house and ell were seriously degraded. This required plywood sheathing which the crew applied expertly and expeditiously. Rene provided photos of problem areas and work in progress. There was never a question of padding the job. We couldn't be more pleased and are glad to have chosen Tri State.

Rene visited and gave options and costs within days of my inquiry, provided an accurate timeline and met it, kept me updated on material delivery, and has a knowledgable, friendly, hard working crew. Re=roofing generates a lot of waste (old shingles, wood, nails, etc.) and our property was spotless when they finished.
